THE FARMHOUSE

Built in 1890, the 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom Farmhouse has been completely renovated into a provincial retreat.

The master bedroom with a king bed and luxury master bath is an oasis unto itself. Three other queen bedrooms and one with a twin day bed and trundle have unique character and beautiful furnishings. The queen rooms (all on the upper level) share a full bath with a claw foot tub and separate shower. The twin day bed with trundle room (on the main level) uses the third full bathroom located in the foyer adjacent to the laundry room.

The living room has a sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress. Sitting rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the custom dining table seats 10.

There is a dedicated hair and makeup area that includes oversized mirrors, bright lights and swivel stools.

Both front and back porches are sized for socializing. The front overlooks the pond and stream, and is filled with lounge chairs and a dining table. The back porch overlooks fields and forest, and is made for grilling with plenty of seating and a dining table.

The farmhouse is fully outfitted with wireless internet, a full kitchen with cooking supples, hair dryers, and luxury towels and sheets. All you need is your groceries, toiletries, and clothes.

Wanting to stay at the farmhouse for a weekend getaway or winter ski trip?

 The Cabin

Built in 1840, the three bedroom and one bathroom cabin gives “ralph Lauren hunting cabin” vibes.

You can tell this home was built by hand and meant as a place to make memories.

On the ground floor you’ll find the kitchenette and dining table, the living room, a bathroom with a standing shower, and a small bedroom with a single bed as well as a rollaway. The upstairs main bedroom has a king bed. Off the main bedroom there is a bedroom with a full-sized bed and a fold-out full-sized futon.

The front porch is the perfect place from which to sit and enjoy the pond and stream. The yard is perfect for yard games while waiting for the festivities to begin.

The cabin is fully outfitted with wireless internet, a kitchenette, sheets and towels.
