Welcome to Chanteclaire’s Wedding Planning videos, guides, and processes. Your journey starts with solidifying your vision and ends with your wedding day.

The guides below are organized in the order you’ll do them. Our suggestion is to complete Phase 1 immediately. These tasks are time sensitive and are generally done no later than 9 months before the wedding.

Once Phase 1 is done, you may want to review all the remaining steps to familiarize yourself with the concepts, then start working through them from beginning to end. If, from your review, you decide to change their order to suit your specific needs, you’ll be able to do that confidently.

PHASE 1

Do these tasks immediately after you’ve booked your wedding date. Some are foundational, and make the rest of your planning much easier. Others are time sensitive.

PHASE 2

Let’s hire your final vendor team. A few of these are important, some are completely optional.

Decide which ones you want to hire, then move on to PHASE 3 while you’re selecting and locking in each vendor.

Now that the foundations of your wedding are complete, let’s work on the super fun stuff!
