Rehearsal Dinners

Rehearsal dinners are $32.50 per person and have a minimum of 30 people with a maximum of 80.

All rehearsal dinners include: water, iced tea, coffee and hot tea with cream and sugar, dinnerware, glassware, centerpieces, staff, setup, and clean up.

Alcohol is allowed but must be provided by the client.

Southern Barbecue

  • Oven baked “fried” chicken

  • Pulled pork in a carolina vinegar sauce

  • Macaroni & cheese

  • Green beans with herbed butter

  • Cucumber-yomato salad

  • Kaiser rolls

  • Cornbread

French Dip

  • Shaved roast beef with au jus

  • Pommes frites

  • Haricots verts with herbed butter

  • Cucumber-tomato salad

  • Baguettes

Soup, Salad, & Wraps

Soups (choose 3):

  • Chicken Noodle

  • Beef Barley

  • Vegetable

  • Potato

  • Tomato gazpacho

  • Italian wedding

  • Chicken tortilla

Salads:

  • Macaroni salad with cucumbers, tomatoes & parsley with a sweet dressing

  • Cucumber-tomato salad

Wraps:

  • Hummus, cucumber, & feta with lettuce

  • Roast beef & swiss with dijon lemon mayo

  • Turkey, cheddar, & apple cranberry horseradish

French baguette

Dessert (choose 1)

  • Pie: Mixed berry, apple, & peach

  • Crisps: Apple-Blueberry & peach-ginger

  • Galettes: Blackberry-pear and salted caramel-apple

  • Vanilla custard fruit tart on a shortbread crust
